Presently we are in a mission conference in Troutman, NC. It started Wednesday, Feb. 11th and ends Saturday, Feb. 14th. Today, Friday, the church is taking the kids (and parents) to Hickory Dickory Dock. It is a huge play ground that has blowup jumpies, miniature golf, and bumper cars. The kids are really looking forward to it. I'll post pictures later.
The services have been great. The pastor has a heart for missions, and Dr. Scott Caudill of Canaan Baptist Church, Covington, GA is preaching the messages. It's been good. The messages have been such an encouragement to us. We've been reminded to remember: 1. Our ruin 2. Our Redemption 3. Our responsibility. I just love preaching on missions. Go figure!
