After the mission conference in Douglasville, GA, we came home for the evening service at our home church. We were having our 5th Sunday gospel singing. The Good News, a trio out of our home church, was the group of the evening. It was really nice to sit back and relax with the good singing.
After church we went with a group of friends to the local Mexican restaurant. That seems to be a popular outing for Sunday night no matter where we are. It was such a blessing to be able to spend some time with friends. We meet a lot of nice folks while on the deputation trail, but they are no substitute for the people who really know you. To all of our friends...We love you guys!!!
