Good News & Bad News

Good news first...

We received our statement from Macedonia World Baptist Missions on July 1st. We had 5 new churches join with us to reach Venezuela!!!

Now the bad news...

Macedonia has increased the amount we have to raise. With the value of the dollar dropping, we now have to raise about $1000 more than we did when we were accepted with Macedonia. We have raised almost 70% of our support if you look at the old numbers, but with the increase in what we have to raise, we have only about 60%.

It is discouraging to think that Macedonia is raising the support level faster that we can raise the support. We are just trusting in the Lord's timing. We know that He will get us to the field when He wants us there. We just get too impatient sometimes.
