A Couple of Weeks at Home...Just Kidding

I think the Lord is preparing me to go with the flow. I have always been the type of person to plan ahead weeks at a time. I have always liked to know what I am doing each month. Now it seems as if I don't know what I am going to be doing from day to day. Each time I think I know what is going on, the Lord changes our plans. Either He cancels a meeting, or He gives us an extra one that we had not planned for. Now I am not complaining for the extra meetings, but I was really looking forward to a couple of weeks at home. This morning, Rodney received a call from a pastor's wife who asked us to come to a revival meeting next week. Of course we are not going to turn down an opportunity to meet more pastors, so we are going!

So, we are only going to get to be at home for one week. We promised Katie that she could be at our home church on the Sunday that classes were changing. She is too excited about moving up to the teen class. I don't feel old enough to have a daughter in the teen class. What is going on? Time is moving too fast! We better get busy doing everything we plan on doing because time is short...
