Praise the Lord for Prophet's Chambers

We had a few days in between meetings, so we had to have a place to stay. Our last meeting was in Madisonville, KY which is about 2 hours from Paducah, KY. We have a supporting church in Paducah that has a prophet's chamber. They allowed us to stay in the prophet's chamber for the two days prior to our meeting in Madisonville. It was so nice to be able to spread out.

Hotel rooms are nice (well, some of them are!!), but they are all small. Imagine spending three weeks with your spouse and kids in one room and one bathroom to share. It can drive you crazy. There is just no time to be by yourself. It gets hard to hear yourself think.

The prophet's chamber was a trailer that someone had donated to their church. It has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. It was great. I even was able to wash all of our clothes. That was a real blessing. Laundromats are not fun...they are hot and dirty!
